Rope Chain Upgrade Policy

Rope Upgrade Promo ends on 11/1/23. After this date, rope upgrades will no longer be available.

Section 1: Eligibility
This policy applies only for ROPE TO ROPE upgrades. Example: A rope cannot be traded toward a Franco and so on. Only customers who have purchased a Diamond Cut, Prism Cut, Tri-color, and Platinum Rope chain from and possess a valid order number from are eligible for the upgrade program.

Section 2: Eligibility
To be eligible for an upgrade, the new rope chain must have a greater value than the original purchase. We do not accept rope chains that are damaged or in poor condition for the upgrade. Only the exact rope chain that was initially sold to you with the exact weight written on your authenticity card can be returned for an upgrade. Any alterations to the length, color, or any other aspect of the rope chain will make it ineligible for the upgrade.

Section 3: Upgrade Process
3.1) Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs associated with the upgrade. We also recommend purchasing insurance on your package to protect your items in transit.

3.2) Upgrades will be honored based on the price paid on the original invoice, excluding shipping charges. The upgraded item will be calculated at its FULL PRICE. A $50 processing fee will be added to the upgrades that are past 7 days. If your upgrade is within 7 days $25 restocking fee will be added.

3.3) Please allow for a processing time of up to 2-3 business days from the date of receipt for the inspection and verification process to be completed.

How To Get Started

Step 1: Email Let us know your order number and which rope chain you want to upgrade to. 

Step 2: If the item is in stock, a member of our sales team will email you an invoice to pay the difference. The invoice will ONLY arrive from

Step 3: Ship back your original rope chain for the upgrade. Include your authenticity card. Please address the package EXACTLY as follows:

IMPORTANT: Please ensure that you do not include the name "Saints Gold" on the package to minimize the risk of theft.

Step 4: Upon receiving your rope chain return, we will promptly ship out your new and upgraded rope chain.
