Returns

You may exchange your item for equal or greater value within 30 days of receiving your order. One exchange per order. If you want to exchange your item past 30 days, we will offer you a buy back price to get credit toward a new product.

Step 1:

Fill out the form below. We will discuss your needs and send you an invoice to pay the difference to upgrade. If you are exchanging for an item of the same value you will only be responsible to pay the shipping and restock fees.

Step 2:

Send your items back to us addressed exactly like below. Please make sure the address is written out correctly or we will not be able to receive or accept your return.

In your exchange package include your authenticity card. If the authenticity card is not included in your return package, we cannot accept your return. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs/insurance for exchanging your jewelry.

Step 3:

Kick back and leave the rest up to us. You will receive a tracking number sent to your email or texts when the new item ships out. Exchange processing takes 3-5 business days longer than regular order processing. Shipping will be charged to your upgrade.

 

The following items are not eligible for returns/exchanges:

Pendants, Rings and anything with diamonds, anything made to order, anything custom, Customized chains lengths, clearance items. Items that show signs of wear or have been resized, engraved, altered, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for an exchange. 

 

Saint's Gold will not be responsible for un-trackable, or lost packages after you've sent them out for exchange.

ORDER CANCELLATION:

You have 2 hours from the time your order is placed to cancel your order. If you have received a tracking number, we cannot cancel your order.
