RETURNS POLICY

Store Credit & Exchange Policy:
All returns will be issued as store credit. You are eligible for one exchange per order, which must be requested within 5 days of receiving your item. If your original purchase included a discount (promo or sale), it will be applied to the exchanged or upgraded item as well.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, you must initiate a return request within 5 days of receiving your order. Please be aware that only one exchange is permitted per order. Customers are responsible for all postage and associated fees when returning their items.

The following items are Not Eligible for Exchanges.
-Rings with stones/diamonds
-Earrings with stones/diamonds
-Pendants with stones/diamonds
-Clearance and sale items

Notification Requirement

To ensure you receive full credit for your return, it is imperative that you email us at info@saintsgold.com with the tracking number for your return within 5 days of receiving your item.

Refund Process

Upon receiving and processing your return, a refund in the form of store credit will be issued. This credit will be delivered to you via email.

Restocking Fee

Please be mindful that a restocking fee of $25 will be deducted from your credit before issuance.

STEPS FOR EXCHANGING:

Step 1: Prepare your exchange package by securely packaging the item(s) you wish to exchange. Include your authenticity card in the package. Failure to include the authenticity card will result in the inability to process your return.

Step 2: Buy a Shipping Label with insurance with any shipping carrier. Ship the package to the address provided below. Immediately email the tracking number to info@saintsgold.com.

IMPORTANT: Please ensure that the address is written exactly like below to avoid any issues with receiving or accepting your return.

Please make sure to use 'SG Returns' instead of Saints Gold for safety reasons.

Step 3: Once your exchange is received and processed you will receive an email with your gift card. 

    Please note that Saint's Gold will not be responsible for untrackable or lost packages once they have been sent out for exchange. Hold onto your tracking number as we will need it to look up your exchange.

    Order Cancellation: You have a 10 minute window from the time your order is placed to cancel it. Once a tracking number has been assigned, we cannot cancel your order.
