RETURN POLICY
Each order is eligible for one exchange only, which must be requested within 7 days of receiving your item. Approved returns will be processed as store credit or a refund to the original payment method according to the following terms.
All Exchanges are subject to a 5% restocking fee.

All Refunds are subject to a 15% deduction.

All exchanges are processed at the current website price at the time your return is received. Any promotions active at that time may be applied to the exchanged item.”
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are assessed by customs authorities and are payable directly to the shipping carrier. Any customs fees paid both on delivery and when returning or exchanging an item are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. Customers may reference third-party duty calculator websites for estimated fees; all estimates are for informational purposes only.
ELIGIBILITY
Earrings, any items containing diamonds or gemstones, custom designs and any transaction marked 'Final Sale' are not eligible for return or exchange.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs and any related fees. Rewards points cannot be applied to shipping fees. All returns must be shipped with signature confirmation and insured for their full value.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be canceled within 10 minutes of placement. Once a tracking number has been assigned, the order cannot be canceled.
