Return & Exchange Policy

All items are Final Sale. Eligible Exchanges for store credit are permitted within seven (7) days of receipt only.

Exchange requests must be submitted within seven (7) days of the date the item is received. Requests made after this period will not be accepted. To be eligible for an exchange, items must be in their original, unaltered condition with no signs of wear, damage, or tampering. All original packaging and the Saints Gold authenticity card must be included.

Restocking Fees & Store Credit

Approved exchanges are issued as store credit in the form of a digital gift card.
A restocking fee will be deducted from the item’s original value before credit is issued.

A 5% restocking fee applies to all eligible exchanges.

These fees are calculated based on the item’s value only, excluding taxes and shipping costs.

Exchange Requirements

Exchanges are permitted only for items of equal or greater value than the original purchase. If the replacement item has a higher price, the customer is responsible for paying the difference. Because gold prices fluctuate based on the market, the store credit value is based on the original purchase price, while the replacement item will be subject to current market pricing at the time of the exchange.

Eligibility for Exchanges

All in-stock gold or platinum chains and bracelets.

Ineligibility for Exchanges

All items containing gemstones or diamonds, made-to-order pieces, custom and modified items—including chains adjusted for length—are strictly Final Sale and ineligible for return or exchange. 

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect item or a manufacturing defect, an exchange for the same item or an item of equal value may be arranged. All claims must include clear photographs of the issue and a photograph of the Saints Gold authenticity card. Claims submitted without this documentation will not be processed.

International Orders

Customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are assessed by customs authorities and are payable directly to the shipping carrier. Any customs fees paid both on delivery and when returning or exchanging an item are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable

Shipping & Liability

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning items for exchange, except in cases of verified manufacturing defects or shipping errors. We strongly advise using a fully insured and trackable shipping method, as Saints Gold is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment. Responsibility for the item is assumed only after it has been successfully received and inspected at our facility. Reward points cannot be applied to shipping fees.

International Orders

For international returns or exchanges, customers are responsible for all shipping costs, return shipping fees, customs duties, and any other charges associated with sending the item back and receiving the replacement item.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation requests must be submitted within 30 minutes of purchase but are not guaranteed and will not be honored once a tracking number has been assigned or the order has entered processing. Once a tracking number has been assigned, the order cannot be canceled.
