Depending on how often you wear/touch your jewelry, we recommend cleaning your jewelry no more than once every 3 months.

Please see email I send last week: My name is Riley and I had purchased a chain for my fiancé that was unfortunately too short. I am wanting to exchange this return for the same chain but the 20” option instead, so that it fits around his neck. Here is the FedEx tracking number: 276594980363 There is insurance on the package but it will require a signature. The package I ordered was delivered on June 28, 2024 so it does fall within the 5 day window. Please let me know if you have any questions. Thank you for your help.
