Shipping & Delivery
Allow 1 business day processing time.
All orders require a signature upon delivery.

Available options include FedEx Hold for Pickup (1–2 business days), FedEx Hold for Pickup (3–4 business days), UPS Express (1–2 business days), and UPS Standard (3–4 business days).

UPS will attempt delivery 2-3 times before returning the package to us. If a package is returned due to failed delivery attempts, reshipping fees will apply. (No Holds)

For FedEx Hold for Pickup orders, a valid government-issued ID is required to collect your package at the FedEx location listed in your tracking information.

All items are Final Sale. Exchanges for store credit are permitted within 7 days of delivery. A restocking fee applies:

10% for 14K Gold
20% for 18K/22K/Platinum.

Ineligible Items
Items with gemstones or diamonds, made-to-order pieces, and customized or shortened chains are strictly Final Sale and ineligible for exchange.

Cancellations
Requests must be made within 30 minutes of purchase but are not guaranteed.

1. Gentle Soak: Fill a bowl with lukewarm water and a few drops of mild dish soap. Let your jewelry and chains soak for a few minutes to loosen dirt and oils.

2. Soft Brush: Use a soft-bristle toothbrush or a jewelry cleaning brush to gently scrub around crevices and settings. Avoid using excessive pressure to prevent damage to stones or scratching.

3. Rinse Thoroughly: After scrubbing, rinse your jewelry and chains under cool running water to remove any soapy residue. Make sure to use a strainer or a plug to avoid accidentally dropping small pieces.

Depending on how often you wear/touch your jewelry, we recommend cleaning your jewelry no more than once every 3 months.
