We offer a 14-day return/exchange policy!
If you aren't satisfied with your order for any reason, you can return any non-engraved item in its original condition for a refund or exchange within 14 days of your initial purchase.If you have any questions about our return policy, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be properly packaged and insured, otherwise packages will be returned to sender. Items that show signs of wear or have been resized (by a jeweler other than Saint's Gold Co.), engraved, altered, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.
To complete your return, please follow our return procedure stated below:
1. Package the item with its original packaging and invoice. If exchanging the item, please write what item you wish to exchange for and include additional payment if necessary.
2. On your invoice, if the price of the item you're returning is listed as:
- Less Than $500: Ship your package via any carrier. Make sure to fully insure your item and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached its destination.
- More Than $500: Ship your package via USPS Registered Mail or UPS and insure the item for the total value of the contents. Request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached its destination.
3. Ship your returns to the following address:

Once your return is received, it will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department. If you are approved, then your refund/exchange will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within seven business days. If you requested to exchange, then you will be required to pay the difference of your newly desired item.
Saint's Gold Co. will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
