Exchange Policy

You may exchange your item for equal or greater value within 7 days of receiving your order.

Any items purchased with a discount code (includes free shipping) may be exchanged within 7 days of receiving your item, however the exchange will be calculated at regular price. No previous or further discounts will be applied.

Restocking Fee is $25. 

Rings and anything with diamonds are not eligible for exchange. Items that show signs of wear or have been resized, engraved, altered, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for an exchange. Customized chain lengths are final sale and are not eligible for exchange or refund.

Saint's Gold will not be responsible for un-trackable, or lost packages after you've sent them out. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs/insurance for exchanging your jewelry. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

To start your exchange process, first email us at info@saintsgold.com. In your exchange package include your order number and exchange instructions. Please provide us with the tracking number of your return.

ORDER CANCELLATION:

To make a cancellation or changes in your order, simply email us within 2 hours from the time you purchased and make sure to include your order number. We can not guarantee your order will be cancelled if it has already been past 2 hours.
