At this time we only accept exchanges for equal or greater value within 7 days of the delivered date. One exchange per order. No Returns. All Earrings, Rings, Pendants, Customs, and any products with Diamonds are FINAL SALE.
Items that show signs of wear or have been resized, engraved, altered, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for an exchange.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
