SHIPPING POLICY

Exchange Policy
We offer store credit only for exchanges requested within 5 days of receiving your order. Store credit must be used on an item of equal or greater value.

Refund Requests
If you request a refund to your original payment method, a 10% processing fee will be deducted from the total amount.

Exchanges for Lower Value Items
Should you choose an item of lesser value than your original purchase, a 10% deduction will also apply.

Transaction Verification
Saints Gold may contact you for transaction verification. Official communication will only come from info@saintsgold.com or support@saintsgold.com.

Shipping and Delivery
All orders require a signature upon delivery. FedEx/UPS will attempt delivery 2–3 times. If the first delivery attempt fails, you may contact us to request hold-for-pickup at your nearest FedEx location.
If your package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, reshipping fees will apply.
