RETURNS POLICY
Store Credit & Exchange Policy – Saints Gold
Final Sale & Store Credit
All items are final sale. No refunds will be issued. All approved returns will be processed as store credit only.
Each order is eligible for one exchange, which must be requested within 5 days of receiving the item.
All exchanges and upgrades will be billed at the current website price on the date the return is received.
Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

Return requests must be initiated within 5 days of receiving your order.

Only one exchange per order is allowed.

Items must be returned with signature confirmation and insured for their full value.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs and any associated fees.

Rewards points cannot be applied to shipping fees.

Custom-made items and any items containing diamonds are not eligible for exchange.
Restocking Fees

A $35 restocking fee will be deducted from your store credit for returns made within 5 business days.

Returns made after 5 business days will incur a restocking fee of 5% of the order total.
Return Notification Requirement
You must notify us of your return by emailing info@saintsgold.com with your tracking number within 5 days of receiving your order. Failure to do so may delay or void your store credit.
Store Credit Issuance
Store credit will be issued via email after your return has been received and processed.
Blowout Sale Policy
Items purchased during a blowout sale are eligible for exchange only. Exchanges must be for the same karat or higher value.
Steps for Exchanging an Item
Step 1:
Securely package the item(s) you wish to exchange. Include your authenticity card. Returns without the authenticity card will not be processed.
Step 2:
Purchase a shipping label with insurance and send the item using a reliable carrier (UPS or FedEx is strongly recommended).
Email your tracking number to info@saintsgold.com immediately after shipping.

Use "SG Returns" on the label instead of "Saints Gold" for safety reasons.
Step 3:
Once your return is received and processed, you will receive an email with your store credit in the form of a gift card.
Note: Saints Gold is not responsible for lost or untraceable return packages. Retain your tracking number for reference.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 10 minutes of placing it.
Orders cannot be canceled once a tracking number has been assigned.
