RETURN POLICY
Each order is eligible for one exchange only, which must be requested within 5 days of receiving your item. Approved returns will be processed as store credit or a refund to the original payment method according to the following terms.
Exchanges are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
(Store credit will be issued in the form of a digital gift card)
Refunds are subject to a 15% deduction.
(Refunded to your original form of payment)
Exchanges will be billed at the current website price on the date your return is received.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
To begin your return or exchange, email info@saintsgold.com with your order number and reason for return. A team member will follow up with your approval status and return instructions.
INELIGIBLE ITEMS
Pendants, rings, earrings, custom pieces, items containing diamonds or gemstones, and any product marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs and any related fees. Rewards points cannot be applied to shipping fees. All returns must be shipped with signature confirmation and insured for their full value.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be canceled within 10 minutes of placement. Once a tracking number has been assigned, the order cannot be canceled.
