Shipping & Delivery
Allow 1-2 business day processing time.
All orders require a signature upon delivery.
Available options include FedEx Hold for Pickup (1–2 business days), FedEx Hold for Pickup (3–4 business days), UPS Express (1–2 business days), and UPS Standard (3–4 business days).
UPS will attempt delivery 2-3 times before returning the package to us. If a package is returned due to failed delivery attempts, reshipping fees will apply. (No Holds)
For FedEx Hold for Pickup orders, a valid government-issued ID is required to collect your package at the FedEx location listed in your tracking information.
International Orders
All international orders are subject to customs fees / import duties, which must be paid directly by the customer upon delivery. International orders are shipped via UPS. Once the package arrives in your country, UPS will send a notification with the payment amount and a secure payment link before delivery can be completed.
For international returns or exchanges, customers are responsible for all shipping costs, return shipping fees, customs duties, and any other charges associated with sending the item back and receiving the replacement item.
