All orders require a signature upon delivery.
Available options include FedEx Hold for Pickup (1–2 business days), FedEx Hold for Pickup (3–4 business days), UPS Express (1–2 business days), and UPS Standard (3–4 business days).
UPS will attempt delivery 2-3 times before returning the package to us. If a package is returned due to failed delivery attempts, reshipping fees will apply. (No Holds)
For FedEx Hold for Pickup orders, a valid government-issued ID is required to collect your package at the FedEx location listed in your tracking information.
Exchanges & refunds Request through Start a Return within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and unaltered, with the original packaging and authenticity card. Each order can be exchanged once, for store credit. Refunds have a 15% restocking fee.

Cancellations Requests must be made within 30 minutes of purchase but are not guaranteed.

2. Soft Brush: Use a soft-bristle toothbrush or a jewelry cleaning brush to gently scrub around crevices and settings. Avoid using excessive pressure to prevent damage to stones or scratching.
3. Rinse Thoroughly: After scrubbing, rinse your jewelry and chains under cool running water to remove any soapy residue. Make sure to use a strainer or a plug to avoid accidentally dropping small pieces.
Depending on how often you wear/touch your jewelry, we recommend cleaning your jewelry no more than once every 3 months.
