Shipping and Delivery
All orders require a signature upon delivery. FedEx/UPS will attempt delivery 2–3 times. After 1 failed attempt you may contact us to request hold-for-pickup at your nearest FedEx location. If your package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, reshipping fees will apply.
Each order is eligible for one exchange only, which must be requested within 5 days of receiving your item. Approved returns will be processed as store credit or a refund to the original payment method according to the following terms.

1. Gentle Soak: Fill a bowl with lukewarm water and a few drops of mild dish soap. Let your jewelry and chains soak for a few minutes to loosen dirt and oils.
2. Soft Brush: Use a soft-bristle toothbrush or a jewelry cleaning brush to gently scrub around crevices and settings. Avoid using excessive pressure to prevent damage to stones or scratching.
3. Rinse Thoroughly: After scrubbing, rinse your jewelry and chains under cool running water to remove any soapy residue. Make sure to use a strainer or a plug to avoid accidentally dropping small pieces.
Depending on how often you wear/touch your jewelry, we recommend cleaning your jewelry no more than once every 3 months.
